This is a brilliant free advice and information site. Click on the Resources tab to get leaflets on any area of Peri Menopause or Menopause. You can use this information if and when you come to the surgery to discuss any treatment you might be interested in.

This is a great free app which gives you access to loads of amazing information, and helps you track your symptoms that you can then use to discuss with your GP.

Women's Health Concern

Women’s Health Concern (WHC) is the patient arm of the British Menopause Society (BMS). They provide a confidential, independent service to advise, reassure and educate women of all ages about their gynaecological and sexual health, wellbeing and lifestyle concerns.
